Topic: Transport of High Energy Particles in the Galaxy and Beyond

The propagation of cosmic rays in the interstellar medium and the intergalactic space is discussed. It is shown how parameters of propagation model can be obtained from the data on cosmic energy spectrum, composition, and anisotropy. This empirical approach is supported by the kinetic theory of relativistic particle motion in cosmic magnetic fields.
